I'm an international business developer with roots in Miami, a Rollins College education in international business, and time spent studying commerce in Shanghai. Over the past 14+ years, I've built businesses across tourism, marketing, finance analytics, and real estate — from ecotourism kayak operations in Florida and the Outer Banks to real estate syndications across four countries. I've always been drawn to industries and communities that most people overlook.
The aviation community found me. I was doing short-term rental consulting and building out our Florida and OBX markets when I started noticing a pattern in the investors who needed our help most: airline pilots, first officers, cabin crew, aviation executives. They had the income. They had the discipline — you don't land a 737 without serious attention to detail. And they had a massive problem: their schedules made active real estate management genuinely impossible. Two AM calls from tenants? Not when you're on a layover in Tokyo. Managing a renovation from the flight deck? Not happening.
What I saw was a gap. The platforms that existed were either built for active investors with time on their hands, or institutional players with minimums that excluded most aviation professionals. Nobody was speaking to the captain who wanted institutional-grade access, full transparency, zero management burden, and a platform that understood their world. My background — Rollins College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, business development across the Americas and Asia — means we don't think about real estate as a local game. Our markets span Florida, the Outer Banks, Nashville, and Lima, Peru. Our team speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin. When we say we serve an international investor community, we mean it.
